2/26/2024 10:40 am
Have you ever wanted to look through a telescope? Do you have a telescope at home that you want to share with others? Maybe you have a telescope but are not sure how to use it? Have you ever seen Jupiter, Pleiades, or stars magnified 100X?
If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions (or even if you didn't), consider attending the N.A. Star Party/ 4th Grade Science Night on Monday, March 4th from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Mr. Morton and others will be setting up telescopes outside the cafeteria to view far and distant objects.
There will also be a solar photography presentation with pictures and equipment used by Fred Klein (local amateur astronomer) in the cafeteria. Our awesome 4th grade will also have their science projects on display in the cafeteria for you to look at. Please stop out for a fun and educational time!!!
- Here is a link with more information about the star party. (If it is cloudy or inclement weather, then the outside portion of the evening will be canceled. )
- Here are a few objects you might see that night if it is clear.
