The PFA loves being able to support our students and school. Your support is essential to making all of the programs and activities we offer possible.  We offer many fundraising opportunities throughout the school year, such as a our Fall fundraiser, Square1 Art, Gift of Time, Sarris Candies, and more.

 

In addition to those fundraisers, we also hold a Donation Drive throughout the school year. Every dollar directly supports our McKnight community, allowing the PFA to continue to fund field trips, our Back to School Bash, the Family Picnic, Staff Appreciation, classroom projects, and so much more!

  • Sarris- All orders and money due by March 3, 2025 **Please make checks payable to McKnight PFA.

         Some Important Reminders:

  1. Please keep the color brochure to assist with your delivery. ORDER PICK UP will be held on Wednesday, April 9th from 3:30PM – 5:30PM in the cafeteria. (Important: Parents, if you plan to pick up your order immediately after school, please follow normal dismissal/pick-up procedures, then join us in the cafeteria to retrieve your order using the side doors of the cafeteria). If you cannot pick up your order on the 9th, please contact Laura Singer in advance to make other arrangements at mckpfapresident@gmail.com
  2. There is also an ONLINE fundraising option for out-of-town family & friends. Visit www.sarrisandiesfundraising.com and use our Group ID#: 10-1013.The PFA receives 25% profit from all online sales and up to 35% from the traditional order sales – so, if local, please use the physical order form.

 

 

  • Jump for the Hills 2025-Donations Due by February 28, 2025

     

    Welcome back to another year of Jump for the Hills!  Each year North Allegheny School District partners with North Hills Community Outreach to do good in our community.  Our students, staff, families, and community members all chip in for this great cause.  The money we raise goes towards helping our neighbors in need.  Each McKnight student received an envelope last week to start collecting donations.  These donations can be collected in the form of cash, checks, or coins.  The opposite side of the form also has an online option (QR code and website).  Once you register your child(ren) online, not only will that donation go towards their total, but our homeroom and school totals as well!  McKnight has been the highest raising elementary school the last 5 years in a row!

    In addition to feeling great about helping people, there are several prize opportunities available to students.  NHCO provides jump ropes, t-shirts, pickleball sets as possible prizes.  The top 3 earning classrooms at McKnight are eligible for a group prize.

    1st place- Class vs. Teachers dodgeball game

     

    Finally, our Jump for the Hills charity game was a HUGE hit last year!  We are looking for 20 players to play in the rematch this year.  Those 20 students will be the top 20 earners from McKnight.  Here is a video showing the fun from last year.
