Read Across America is an annual celebration of reading! This special event promotes a love of reading and appreciation for literacy for children (and adults)!

This year at McKnight we’ll be celebrating March 4th- 8th with a week filled with fun dress-up days!

Monday “NA Loves to Read” Day!

Wear black and gold to show your school spirit and love of reading!

Tuesday “Hats Off to Reading!” Day!

Wear a fun hat, your favorite hat, or even a silly hat to celebrate reading!

Wednesday “Reading is Relaxing!” Day!

Wear your Pajamas to school!

Thursday “Reading Brightens our World!” Day!

Wear bright colors!

Friday “Reading Makes us Smile” Day!

Friday is Spring Picture Day - wear your best smile to celebrate reading!
