NEWS & UPDATES:

Parents frequently reach out to the PFA asking if we have lists of what type of gifts each teacher or staff member prefers.  Parents are so grateful for everything you do for our children, and we want to give thoughtful presents that are enjoyed!  With the holidays approaching, we would like to make a list of some of your favorite things available on the PFA Website.  In addition, if there is anything needed in the classroom, we would like to keep wish lists.  Running out of Clorox wipes, tissues, glue sticks, or crayons?  Need materials for a specific activity or project?  Let us know and we can display the information on the PFA Website for parents to access and provide.  Click the link above to complete your form!
  

 

 

FUNDING & REIMBURSEMENT:

 

Each year, the PFA budgets a set amount per student to cover expenses related to field trips and special classroom projects or activities. 

  • 2023-2024 Budget

If additional funds are needed outside of the budgeted amount above, please let us know as soon as possible.  We understand that costs are increasing and we'll do our best to adjust the budget if the need arises.  

 

Grade Level Projects: These are funds to be used to cover the cost of field trips & transportation, as well as any special classroom projects.  How these funds are allocated is entirely up to each grade. As soon as your grade locks in their plans, please use this form so that we can ensure the funds are available when the payments are due.  

 

Wish List Items: At the end of each school year, we utilize any available surplus funds to fill faculty/staff wish lists! These could be special "bonus" items that could benefit a classroom, staff, or the school in general.  We'll share a link to the request form in the spring; however, if you are in need of something urgently, please reach out to mckpfapresident@gmail.com 

 

Reimbursement: If you've made a purchase for a PFA-sponsored event and need reimbursed (ie., Camp KOK supplies, classroom parties, 5th grade celebration, and so on), please use this link to submit your information and upload your receipts.
