The Pirate Parrot is Coming to McKnight!

With a little help from The Pirate Parrot, McKnight Elementary will be raising funds and awareness for The Children's Heart Foundation and Team Mila! 

The Pirate’s beloved mascot will be visiting McKnight classrooms on the morning of Friday, November 3rd! 

We ask that students please wear either the color red or Pittsburgh Pirates gear and bring a $1 donation along with them to school to help support this important cause. 

The Children's Heart Foundation is the leading organization dedicated to funding congenital heart defect (CHD) research. You can learn more about the great work they are doing on their website here.
